Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any travel services with BON VOYAGE. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking travel services through BON VOYAGE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • You receive a written confirmation from BON VOYAGE via WhatsApp or email
  • Payment of the required deposit or full amount as specified in the quote
  • Completion of all required documentation and information

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50% of the total package cost) is required to confirm your booking
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 15-30 days before the travel date, unless otherwise specified
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other digital payment methods as communicated
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

2.3 Price Changes

Prices quoted are valid for the specified period. BON VOYAGE reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or other factors beyond our control. You will be notified of any price changes before final confirmation.

3. Travel Documents and Requirements

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, and health certificates
  • BON VOYAGE can assist with visa guidance but is not responsible for visa rejections or delays
  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain destinations
  • You must comply with all health and safety requirements, including vaccinations and COVID-19 protocols

4. Changes and Modifications

4.1 Changes by You

Requests for changes to confirmed bookings must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, including cancellation fees for original services and price differences for new services.

4.2 Changes by BON VOYAGE

While we strive to provide services as described, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, accommodations, or services due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, weather, political situations, etc.). We will notify you of significant changes and offer alternatives where possible.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are detailed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Cancellation charges apply as per the policy, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15-30 business days.

6. Responsibilities and Liabilities

6.1 Our Responsibilities

  • BON VOYAGE acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.)
  • We are responsible for the services we directly provide and for selecting reputable service providers
  • We will make reasonable efforts to ensure services are provided as described
  • We will provide support and assistance during your trip via WhatsApp

6.2 Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your conduct and compliance with local laws and customs
  • You must follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by service providers
  • You are responsible for any damage caused to accommodations, vehicles, or property
  • You must inform us immediately of any issues or concerns during your trip

6.3 Limitation of Liability

BON VOYAGE's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services. We are not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes due to force majeure events
  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
  • Personal injury, illness, or death (except where caused by our negligence)
  • Consequential or indirect damages

7. Force Majeure

BON VOYAGE is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or transportation failures. In such cases, we will work with you to find alternative solutions or provide refunds as per our cancellation policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of BON VOYAGE and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tezpur, Assam, India, and will be governed by Indian law.
